While Gaza is televised, the war and the atrocities in Sudan continue largely unwatched.
The ICC’s Deputy Prosecutor, Nazhat Shameem Khan, has warned that the civil war has reached an intolerable state, and pointed to crimes against humanity in Darfur.
That warning came from the Court itself, not from an advocacy group — which is worth noting, because the usual explanation for why a conflict goes uncovered is that the evidence is unclear. Here it is not.
