The South African Muslim Network (SAMNET) is a Non-profit, Public Benefit Organization focused on Advocacy, Human Rights, Women and Youth, Education, Political Engagement and Media

SAMNET ACTIVITIES

SAMNET, a network spanning across South Africa, represents the interests of the Muslim community in various fields, and networks extensively within the Muslim Community and between the Muslim community, and all our fellow Southern Africans.

Media Advocacy

Media Advocacy – Attending to requests from individuals and organisations to address and resolve matters of concern that affect Muslims/religion/religious practices/human rights/laws and policies etc.

Media Activism

Monitoring current affairs, news monitoring, social media monitoring, social media activism, raising awareness on atrocities, human rights abuses and oppression affecting Muslims locally and globally in Palestine, Uyghur, Kashmir, Syria, Yemen, Rohingya etc.

skills and expertise in the Muslim community in these fields
