On 10 May 2024 the UN General Assembly voted overwhelmingly to back Palestine’s bid for full UN membership. Full membership, however, can only be granted by the Security Council — and the United States had vetoed the bid there the month before.

- Hungary
- Israel
- Micronesia
- Nauru
- Palau
- Papua New Guinea
- United States
It is worth keeping the list, because voting records are the part of diplomacy that cannot later be reworded.
