Xenophobic Attacks
The South African Muslim Network (SAMNET) joins our fellow South Africans in condemning the recent spate of violence against our fellow Africans whether under the guise of Xenophobia, Afro-phobia or even plain criminality and opportunism. Whilst there are legitimate grievances related to poor service delivery, poverty, unemployment and illiteracy, making scapegoats of our fellow Africans who have come to our country seeking political asylum or economic opportunities is inhumane, against the law and common decency of humanity.
